Eileen is a highly experienced HR Consultant with specific skills and experience in Recruitment, Selection, Assessment, Performance and Talent Management.

Until 1994 she was Human Resource Director for Adecco and has since held the position of Director, Professional Services for Lee Hecht Harrison, one of the world's top Career Management Consultancies.

Eileen develops and delivers creative and up to date programmes across the management arena using a variety of accelerated learning methods. In addition to being a Chartered Member of the Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD) and awarded Fellowship of the Institute of Sales and Marketing Management, Eileen also holds qualifications in Workplace Counselling, Assessment, NLP and Conflict Management (Mediation).

She has facilitated a wide range of interventions in top 500 FTSE and Public Sector organisations, sat as a Member of the Industrial Tribunals and regularly chaired selection panels for Government Legal Services.
