David Jenkins

David's work since the 1960s has involved a high degree of analysis. He has shown himself able to interpret detailed customer requirements as well as policy documents and manuals. He has also had to evaluate written proposals, tender documents and directives from Government as part of his involvement in procurement of equipment and services.

David has operated as a freelance training consultant since 1997 and in this role he has worked in England, Scotland, Northern Ireland and Wales.

Since his time as a HR Manager, David has maintained a keen interest in workplace counselling and outplacement.
