Ruth is a Training and Development specialist with 20 years of experience in both Training and HR Management.

Over the years clients have included organisations within the Finance Sector, Service and Leisure Industry and the NHS.

With a BA (Hons) Degree in Social Science and Psychology, she is qualified in SHL Psychometric Testing and Personality Profiling and Myers Briggs type Indicator. Ruth is also an NLP Practitioner.

In addition, Ruth has extensive experience of Assessment and Development Centres while her prime focus in recent years has been on the design and delivery of Management Development Programmes and Personal Skills Training.
