Alison Williams

Alison Williams is a consultant specialising in management consultancy, development and training.

Her particular areas of expertise within public and private sector organisations are: the growth and development of creativity and innovation; adult learning through training, coaching and development; and leadership behaviours for managers.

Alison has been working in this field for sixteen years, and is a Visiting Lecturer in Creativity at Strathclyde University. Her background includes Directorship of a manufacturing company; adult and pupil education, and the visual arts.
