Valerie Middleton

Valerie has 20 years experience in developing people; initially working in the Private Sector and since 1992 when she became a freelance Training Consultant working in both the Private and Public Sectors.

Latterly Valerie has become involved in the Voluntary Sector where her work centres around Community Mediation, Primary Health Care and Support for Carers.

Her business experience, from her first career in Information Technology and from running her own business, gives her credibility with clients and with her workshop participants. Valerie is self motivated and believes in continuous personal development both for herself and for others.

She is an NLP Practitioner embedding NLP when designing, developing and delivering programmes. Valerie also quality controls materials.
