Rachel Whitfield

Rachel is an enthusiastic manager with 13 years experience gained in Training, Recruitment and HR.

She has worked on a large variety of projects across the UK and internationally in a range of different Industry Sectors including Public, Private and Academic. She is CIPD Qualified, an NLP Practitioner and qualified to administer Level A and B Psychometrics.

Rachel works mainly with developing soft skills and is an excellent communicator. She develops bespoke experimental programmes that are easily applied to the workplace and therefore deliver real results.

Rachel enjoyed increasingly senior positions in the telecoms industry within training from 1997 - 2002. After this she became an independent training consultant with a range of clients across all sectors.

She went back in to full time employment from 2004 - 2008 where she worked as a sales operations manager for a training consultancy and gained senior management experience. She also furthered her training and HR experience and gained International experience setting up a consultancy in South Africa and consulting on another in Helsinki.

She recently returned to independent consultancy.
