IIP - Investors In People
At dls we encourage the involvement and development of our staff which in turn helps our business grow.
We are proud to announce that we have been recognised for this and have been awarded the "Investors In People" standard in April 2009.
Investors In People, often called IIP for short, is based on four key principles:

- Action
- Evaluating
We met this criteria through well established good processes with our values at the core of everything we do. We intend to continue to uphold this standard as our commitment to IIP.
