The Diploma in Management and Leadership is a comprehensive qualification providing you with the key management skills to enable you to operate effectively as a middle manager.  It allows you to develop a range of competencies from operational management principles and practices to the development of resource control and use.  The Diploma in Management & Leadership is recognised by the Chartered Management Institute as the benchmark qualification for full membership of the Institute and enables you to progress towards Chartered Manager status.
