Content:
The workshop will cover:
- Building blocks of EI
- Self Regard and regard for others
- Self Awareness
- Awareness of Others
- Personal Power
- Relationship management
- Interpretation.
Content will be formed around the exploration of the Individual Effectiveness Questionnaire which all learners will complete before they attend as a pre-programme assignment.
The learners will experience learning in a face-to-face format with many opportunities to practice new skills. Much of the course content is experiential and the most effective way for participants to consolidate this type of learning is to have the opportunity to practice throughout the sessions.
